		<description>Oh one other thing I didn&#039;t mention.

Check out the Angling Lines website, they have articles and feedback from throughout the year, so you may be able to build up a picture of what to expect with regards to weather and potential tactics.

Thanks

		<description>Hi Chris

I went to Grosley at the beginning of May last year with a couple of friends. Its a nice venue with a good head of fish to I believe upper forties. I used Rahja and as the week progressed I started to run out so purchased another few kilos from the venue at about the same price as you would pay in the uk. Like Jim says just make sure before you go that they have some in stock.

Again as Jim says I would avoid the pellets and just go with a boilie and hemp approach. Try taking 10, 15 and 20mm baits to keep them guessing. I had most of my success fishing either 15 or 20mm bottom baits with 15mm fruity trifle pop ups on top or a bright yellow 10mm plastic boilie on top.

I didn&#039;t fish the Island as I was down in the corner in peg 13 and I caught almost all my Carp in the margin. The two friends I fished with were opposite where you are going to be in pegs 2 and 3. When you get there you will see a small bush that overhangs the island (left hand side from your peg), this is the most productive spot that they found.

If you have a baitboat then definately take it, if not you can hire them on site (anatec bait boats, hold a couple of kilos of bait and are easy to use). Most people were using them whilst I was there and they were fishing very close to the island (within a couple of feet).

Hope this helps and good luck
