		<description>Good post Carl. I have been playing around with a very similar set-up this winter and the rod with the in-line lead was definitely registering more takes than my pendant lead set-ups despite swapping rods around so the left became the right etc.

Cutting out that pivot of a conventional lead makes so much difference when fishing over firm ground.</description>
