The liquids Archie Braddock produced for his flavour range are very complex in their make-up and can't simply be mixed and produced to order. Once the process starts you have a delay of several months before the flavours are ready. They rely on a special process which is why they are indeed very different to most other flavours out there on the market. So, presuming we started the process to-day we would still be several months down the line before we could supply any of the liquid range. Just following on from my previous post. The liquids Archie Braddock produced for his flavour range are very complex in their make-up and can’t simply be mixed and produced to order.

I’ve been using these powders for years and have a lot of faith in them.

My favourite is Mega Spicey – added to particles while soaking and then after cooking, or in groundbait mixes. Carp simply love them and they add a new dimension to particles that have been used over an over on a water before.

For barbel, Mega Spicey is also brilliant to coat luncheon meat cubes in a bag before freezing; I’ve also had succcess over the years giving boilies the same treatment.

I would love to see Archie’s liquid attractors back Shaun, so hopefully the powders will sell as well as they should and then that might be possible.

They are incredibly complex mixes, I must admit to being quite surprised at the recipes. They each contain more than one essential oil as well as many different spices and food ingredients. Only just occurred to me everything we have purchased for these except one milk product and a crushed pellet in one of the recipes have come from the human food chain. Seemed quite strange simply adding one ingredient to a base mix (I used our Yellow Birdy Base as it doesn't particularly carry a smell/taste of its own) but in effect I was adding many more than I would usually.
