I always take the Rahja Spice but generally frozen (just my persoal preference). This bait will catch from anywhere and has produced hundreds of Carp for me over the past couple of years, both here and abroad. I must admit though to being drawn towards taking the Liver this year as I have watched fish tearing the bottom up like you wouldnt believe for this bait.
