"I had always been of the belief that frozen baits were better than shelf life but after using the Quest shelf lifes I wouldn’t bother with all the hassle of trying to keep frozen baits fresh when going abroad."

As you know Pat Paul Cooper doesn't bother with fresh frozen baits for any of his fishing now and I think I am right in saying his first season on just shelf life baits turned into his best season.

If you had asked me a few years back about shelf life baits I wouldn't have given them room in my car. Things move on though and technology moves forward. I can't vouch for everyone else's shelf life baits but these days I rarely use fresh frozen baits myself. I know what goes into the Quest Shelf Life baits and honestly can't see the difference in catches.

The good old days of trying to keep baits fresh for a week at a time weren't quite so good as I look back. Shelf Life baits for me these days.
