Price: £5.99 - £219.99 Quest Baits owner Shaun Harrison teased the world with his Ghurkka Spice boilies for quite some time before he finally released what he often says is his personal 'favourite bait'.
Carp love the various spices we enjoy in our foods and on the back of the incredible carp catching success of Rahja Spice Shaun continued to experiment with all kinds of spices straight from the human food chain with some very interesting results.
Some the carp love and some they don’t but after a lot of experimenting to come up with an equally as effective spice bait to Quest Baits biggest seller Rahja Spice Shaun finally produced a bait which gives the Rahja a serious contender for its crown at the top of the Quest Baits range.
This one is very different to Rahja using totally different spices as well as a totally different type of base mix. The resulting bait is a dull yellow colour and the smell emitting is subtle creamy coconut but with a spice back note – think of a Tai green curry.
Ghurkka Spice contains brazil nut, hazelnut, peanut, coconut, molasses, ginger, coriander, chilli, cumin, turmeric, garlic, Anchovy extract, 2 different essential oils, blended sweet meals, micronized meals, milk powders, Prosecto, PTX and Nectarblend.
Shaun has been playing around with this mix for a few years now and is happy it is as good as he can make it. This is a very different type of bait to most being offered out there and has proven to be instantly attractive to the carp on both difficult big fish waters as well as the commercials.
